Mô tả việc làm:
Financial Analysis and Solution Definition:
• Business analysis: Key corporate performance indication: Sales, pricing, production cost control… to find out weakness and strong of company.
• Analysis monthly, quarterly and yearly financial report to give suggestion to BOD to minimize the risks.
• Budgeting process: Make monthly, quarterly and year-ly budget to make sure of payment deadline.
• Carry out monthly, quarterly and year-ly audit of all company’ activities.
• Make financial plan, financial forecast, control the processing of financial plan of company, define financial strategy.
• Ensuring the company financial and accounting activities complies with all Vietnamese accounting procedures and priority of 100% foreign investment company in processing field.
• Prepare and issue regulation of audit, internal audit of company, based on guideline from government.

Account Management:
• Monitor and appraise the total production process for effectiveness, cost control and forecasting.
• Review all account’s data base from Accounting, liaise with Accounting team in all the accruals process to analyze and give suggestion.
• Reviews production process related to business processes and in making recommendations for improvements both within finance and in the company.
Communication and Other attributes:
• Self starter who acts on own initiative and takes ownership of issues to resolution.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Able to act as link between finance, production and stock facilitates effective team interaction.
• Good understanding of excel and accounting software.

Kỹ năng tối thiểu:
QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University Degree in Auditing/ Accounting/ Finance
• Wide knowledge of financial accounting functions, accounting system, auditing, tax issues
• At least 5 years working experience as Financial Analysis/ Internal Auditor at Manufacturing company.
• Strong organization & leadership skill
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with all levels of management in a professional capacity
• Strong conceptual & analytical skills.
• Positive attitude and team work.
• Very good in English.
